Grease Theatre Breaks with Lauren Samuels

Lauren Samuels played the leading lady role of Sandy in Grease at the Piccadillly theatre London for six months starting July 26th 2010.

Grease Theatre Breaks with Lauren Samuels

Lauren Samuels’ mum, Sue Marshall, said: “She is really excited about it. She goes into rehearsals a week on Monday and starts on July 26. I’m very proud of her”.

Lauren plans to perform in Grease, now in its third year at the Piccadilly Theatre, until the 22nd January 2011 and then do other things.

Lauren herself commented:

I am so unbelievably excited to be joining the wonderful cast of Grease. It was one of the first musicals I was taken to see as a young child and so to be given the opportunity to recreate the iconic role of Sandy and to make my West End debut in the show is a dream come true. I feel like the luckiest girl in the world!
